Excellent from start to finish! Amazing professional and courteous team. Audrey was amazing! Both calls and emails responded to same day most of the time. We received weekly updates promptly from Devina. Home was delivered as promised. We love our home with the open floorplan, master bathroom and kitchen. The flooring and tile work was exceptional! The best features in our community is the sense of community, woods/land, potential for raising a family. We love the consistent design and standards throughout the community.

All 5’s for everything. We felt like your team really bent over backwards to make us happy! The best features are the big beautiful wooded lot and the architect of the Edgemont home, Elevation B. We have country living but are close to shopping.

Everything is wonderful and the service was great! All 5’s for everything! The community is quiet, has wooded lots that provide privacy away from the main roads but close to main services. We have already recommended American Heritage Homes to several people and will continue to do so!
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone on your team! Questions were always answered, updates were on time, everyone was professional and courteous to the highest degree! Our home site was safe and clean. Only a few issues and they were resolved efficiently, effectively, and quickly. The lender was great to deal with and our overall experience was excellent!
