We love continuing to improve on our homes as your lifestyle needs continue to develop!
As part of our quality-centered approach to customer care, we work within a system designed to make your home buying experience pleasant and hassle-free:
(1) Interior Design Selections
Within 30 days of contract, you’ll visit with our team to personalize your new home with professionally coordinated color schemes, designer kitchens & baths, flooring, lighting, fixtures, built-ins, decks, patios, and a delightful array of finishing touches. You’ll also select security, home entertainment, and other lifestyle options.
(2) Pre-Construction Meeting
You’ll meet your construction team to review every major step of construction, floor plans & site plans, and selected options. You will also be introduced to our construction updates and learn what to expect in the upcoming months as your home is built.
(3) Pre-Drywall Orientation
At this point, you’ll tour your new home and observe it after the mechanical stage. You will be able to see the quality behind the walls and confirm options, selections, and the location of doors, windows, and closets, as well as structured wiring, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
(4) Homeowner Orientation
Prior to closing, you will have the opportunity to walk your new home with our team. You’ll review all the features of your new home, learn about maintenance and our warranty program, and confirm that we have delivered your new home with all selections correctly installed.
(5) Passing the Keys
Passing the Keys will occur on the day of your settlement when you take full ownership of your new home!
(6) 90-Day Checkup
At your 90-Day Checkup, we will perform an additional walkthrough with you to address any warrantable items that need attention.
(7) 11-Month Checkup
Your 11-month checkup is another opportunity to address any items that need attention.
